DMP-02 media player
Here you will learn how to connect your DMP-02 media player and digital movie boards to your home wi-fi and wired network.

Please note that we only support a direct connection to your router. Using the wi-fi can cause stability and connection issues and make for a very unpleasant experience. If you will be trying to connect our DMP-02 media player to your home wi-fi network please be sure that your phone and your DMP-02 will be on the same network, ie. 2.4ghz, 5ghz, and that no types of anti-virus software is blocking the connection. Also note that using extenders, access points, and other "managed" networks may cause connection issues.

NOTE: If after attempting to connect your DMP-02 media player to your wi-fi network unsuccessfully an on-screen pop-up connection box may appear on your display. Simply connect a USB keyboard to any USB port on the DMP-02 media player and close the dialog box. Connect your DMP-02 media player to your network with a ethernet cable, reboot, and you are connected again.
