Upgrade your DMB Pro to the new Pro+

The DMB Pro has reached it's End Of Life cycle. The DMB Pro has had a solid 4+ years of setting the standard and becoming the best movie poster software anywhere. We set the bar pretty high with the Pro. But now it's time to set the bar even higher.

The new DMB Pro+ is a next-gen software that brings a whole new set of features and capabilities never before seen in a movie poster app. It will do this by way of an all newly coded software.

Everyone that is currently running the DMB Pro is highly encouraged to make the upgrade. For those that choose to not upgrade and continue to use their Pro please know that while your Pro can still be used without issues all future development, support, and features will be for the DMB Pro+.

The process to upgrade to the Pro+ involves having the user ship their DMB media player back to us. This upgrade cannot be done as an on-line update. We must have your unit here in order to perform the upgrade. We are expecting MANY people to upgrade and this can cause delays and extended return times. All upgrades will be done on a first come, first serve basis. 

The procedure for the upgrade is outlined below:

* This upgrade is free. There is no charge to upgrade to the Pro+.

* You are responsible for both to and from shipping costs.

* Ship your unit back to:

* Back up all your content onto your PC. All content should already be backed up. Your new Pro+ will be a clean slate and will NOT have any content when returned. You will need to customize your Pro+ from the start.

* Send back only the media player. No need to include the power supply or cables.

*Include in the box a note with your name, return shipping address, your email, your phone number and write "Pro+ UPGRADE".

Failure to include this will result in your unit sitting on a Lost and Found shelf. 

* Include a pre-paid return address shipping label with your unit, or we can invoice you.

* Please box your unit safely in a sturdy box as we will send your unit back to you in the same box.

* Your DMB Pro+ will ship back insured for the retail amount of each player. This will add to your return shipping cost.

* Shipping cost is the FedEx shipping cost.

All orders are put into a que when they arrive and will be upgraded as soon as possible but please understand the large number of units we receive, as well as our daily business operations will play a factor in how fast we are able to return your unit.
