Poster Vault Live - no trailer showing
Hello,
Does anyone have an issue with viewing the trailers in poster view live style? I can hear the trailer playing and can see where it should be, but no video is showing. It won’t even show the video in board preview for any trailer. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Hi Kyle
This is a known issue for v1 .1 and we are pushing out a fix in the up coming v1.2 update. A change to the trailer file extension was changed at the source which caused the no video issue.
DMB v1.2 will fix the remaining 3 reported bugs when we release it.
You can, however, manually add a trailer using the DMB Editor. Download the trailer to your computer then manually add it when editing the poster file in the Media Manager.
