Ipad downloads
I am having issues downloading to media manager from my iPad. I would use a laptop, but only have one for work use. They frown on private use and I retire soon anyway. Anyway, when i go to upload motion video posters i can unzip them. But when i go to upload them they are not highlighted and unable to save once i get in my cloud or main memory. My iPad is 2025 Pro+. It worked fine for the banner i wanted earlier, but the posters don’t seem to be working correctly. Has anyone else had this issue or have any suggestions? I have a ton of extra space and good internet.

Feature idea / request.
Every now and then my board needs reset. I just see a grey logo on the screen. Having a setting where it could automatically restart every ( make it variable…Eg every Sunday at 2am). Save me having to manually do it.

Having issues downloading new posters after the latest update. They show up in the log as still processing but won’t download. I’ve rebooted several times and this keeps happening. Posters that I already have downloaded extend past the screen, has anyone else had these issues?

We've traced this issue (and a couple more) with a corrupted update that has affected about 7 users. We are scheduling support tickets to fix those affected.
I encourage everyone to update to the latest v1.3 which has zero issues tested on multiple units here at the shop and reported from our public testers group. A new update will be released very soon to patch those users affected.

Until we release our "Automations Package" this summer I would suggest add one of our Govee Smart plugs to the DMB. The Govee has a great app that allows you to set reboot schedules, and more. Actually any smart plug would work. We sell the Govee smart plugs on our site.
